Emergency Sanitation and Hygiene is a training film produced by the Portland Bureau of Emergency Management. It features PHLUSH Volunteer Mathew Lippincott, talking about the assembly and use of the Christchurch Twin Bucket Emergency Toilet and the Tap-Up hand washing sink.
